Mr. Jennings has more than 27 years of automotive dealership ownership and management experience and currently owns two domestic dealerships. Previously, he worked for the World Trade Centre in Toronto, the Toronto Harbourfront Commission and Revenue Canada. Mr. Jennings’ achievements in the automotive industry are well noted and he was the recipient of General Motor’s Triple Crown Award, Ford Motor Company President’s Award, and Honda Canada’s Excellence Award. His vast knowledge on automotive operations, finances and administration has led him to become the architect of PowerBand Exchange.
Mike Moen, MSc. EMPA MBA

Mike brings over 25 years of business experience in the private and public sector to PowerBand. He has an extensive background in working with technology companies in scaling and financing their operations in the United States, and elsewhere across the globe. He has worked with companies in New York, Silicon Valley, London and Canada. Mike has also worked in the public sector in the role of Canadian Foreign Service Officer Consul and Senior Economic Development Officer for the Province of Ontario. Previously, Mike worked on Wall Street with several hedge funds and investment banking firms, including Goldman Sachs. He has served as a strategic advisor to various technology companies in the financial services, insurance, Internet of Things, security and intelligence, online payments and cryptocurrency sectors. Mike has extensive experience in the automotive OEM, OES and dealer market, having worked with Toyota, FCA, GM, Ford, BMW, Mercedes, Continental and other global Original Equipment partners.
Mr. Wasson is currently Vice President of Trez Capital Corporation, a non-bank commercial mortgage lender with over $1.5 billion under management. Mr. Wasson is also President of Marquis Ventures Inc., the TSX-V listed company, with whom PowerBand Exchange has entered an amalgamation agreement. Since July 2010, Mr. Wasson has served as the President of Larch Street Capital Management Corporation, a lender and syndicator of commercial real estate mortgages. From December 2005 to June 2010, Mr. Wasson served as the Senior Vice President of Quest Capital Corp.
Frank Ciaramella, brings over 35 years of experience in the areas of accounting, auditing, tax and management consulting to a vast variety of businesses over the years. He has held a Tax Manager’s position with a large independent CA Firm and as a Tax Partner in a local accounting firm in Hamilton, Ontario for over 12 years. Subsequently, in his own private practice, Mr. Ciaramella serviced numerous clients in all areas of taxation, including incorporations, amalgamations, estates and all areas of taxpayer representations and appeals with various government agencies.
Robert Kiesman is a lawyer and private business owner. He practiced corporate and securities law for seven years at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Vancouver, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and TSX-V listings. Mr. Kiesman also serves on the board of the Provincial Health Services Authority, a public health authority with a budget of $2.8 billion that oversees ten health agencies in the Province of British Columbia. In addition to serving as a director, Mr. Kiesman also serves as the PHSA board secretary and chair of its Audit Committee. He has a BA in Political Studies from Trinity Western University and a law degree from the University of British Columbia.
