Jamie Chown

VP Product Development

Mr. Chown has accumulated over 20 years of automotive retail experience from holding various management positions in both sales and service, leading to a position of group process and IT Manager for a large automotive group. Since 2009, Mr. Chown has been responsible for the PowerBand Exchange’s product development. He brings a deep knowledge of both automotive and technology sectors and continues to apply his skills and knowledge to drive the PowerBand Platform to become a leading, cloud-based, automotive retail solution. 

Richard Goldman, MBA

VP Corporate Development

Following completion of his MBA, Mr. Goldman worked in the investment banking division at Citigroup Inc. (“Citibank Canada”) in Toronto. He subsequently established a corporate finance advisory firm and has successfully provided financial, strategic and management expertise for numerous companies in multiple industries. Mr. Goldman has extensive public market experience having served as President, CFO and Director of a TSX-V listed company. Mr. Goldman was a Founder and Director of AutoSoldNow, which was acquired by PowerBand Exchange.

Sean Severin

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Severin has worked for 17 years in the field of information technology for companies focused on enterprise financial solutions, consumer and commercial credit integrations. His experience spans technology, product development, customer relations and management operations. Mr. Severin has managed daily IT operations, including development and data centre infrastructure. His experience and background enables him to become an integral part of the team that developed the technology behind PowerBand Exchange’s Finance Portal.

Peter Hucul

VP Sales

Mr. Hucul has over 30 years of automobile industry experience and has long recognized the need for dealers to be more creative in generating and retaining revenue. As Vice-President of MoneyBar Rewards Inc. in 2008, Mr. Hucul led the firm into the dealer space with its ground-breaking dealer currency and rewards program, DealerCard. After DealerCard was sold to Ackroo Inc. in 2011, Mr. Hucul continued to oversee sales and operations in Canada and the U.S. until he founded RevGen Results in 2014. Mr. Hucul also served as National Director of Sales for Creditor Resources. Under his guidance, the Creditor Resources sales team went on to receive the Top North American Agent status awarded by GE Capital. 

Gordon Swail

VP Dealer Development

Mr. Swail began his 30+ years of experience in the automotive industry in retail sales and F&I management. Mr. Swail’s passion for training and coaching led him to hold senior positions providing sales training and product support to dealers across Western Canada. For twenty years, Mr. Swail held the position of National Training Manager at the First Canadian Group of Companies. In 2012, Mr. Swail joined the IA/SAL group, where he helped recruit and develop a bilingual team of professional coaches delivering training and support services to all dealership departments. He spent the past two years assisting one of the largest private sale companies expand their business globally to markets such as France, Belgium, Australia, and the U.S.

Joe Mastrogiacomo, CA/CPA, MBA

Chief Financial Officer

Joe has over 25 years’ experience as a versatile Finance and Operations Executive and most recently served as CFO & COO of Telegraph Road Entertainment. Prior to that, Joe served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Multimedia Nova Corporation, a publicly-listed company and one of Canada’s longstanding and largest cultural and community publishers. Joe is a strong results driven leader who thrives at creating and implementing management strategies through effective management of all financial functions, strategic planning, information systems and operational departments.
